Speech and conversational AI for commercial products:
- Speech services. Designed and built AI services for speech processing, speaker identification, and speech synthesis. The production system reached 200 daily users.
- Customer service chatbot. Designed a chatbot answering customer questions on commercial websites; deployed on three business websites. Led a team of 10 engineers on the assistant.
- Data curation. Built annotation web services and a Telegram bot for audio labeling. Collected 20 hours of Farsi audio with transcriptions, each annotated by at least two crowd-sourced users.
