Summary

Nafas is a collection of breathing exercises for people who have been sitting at a computer for too many hours. It walks the user through several different breathing patterns, gets oxygen back into the system, and makes the rest of the day easier to concentrate through — the stated aim is a refreshed, energetic workday and improved concentration through raised oxygen levels.

User studies were run to measure the effect of the exercises, and the product was updated on what they showed, so the shipped patterns reflect measured results rather than only the original design.
